Product description:
The DM-1000 and DM-1000A is a direct application deodorizer.
DM 1000 is used for all odors except Acrylates.
DM 1000A is used for all odors including Acrylates.
When used out of the provided container each ounce produces 1000 drops.
Consensus of usage by our tank cleaning customers:
The general procedure for cleaning 6500 gallon tanks is to first steam, then rinse and finish with air-drying.
- Add 1 to 3 drops in each tank port or a minimum of 3 drops to the tank at the start of the steam cycle.
- Add 1 to 3 drops in each tank port or a minimum of 3 drops to the tank at the start of the rinse cycle.
- If there is a persistent odor add 3 to 5 drops to the airflow during drying cycle.
- NOTE. Some facilities have air scrubbers and have added ½ to 2 ounces to them.
